Pretty darn good tournament ;) homemade scenarios can (and will) always have some disadvantages, but this is mostly also because people think that for these scenarios the rules are not necessarily 100% set; they can complain and hope that the scenario gets modified later whilst this is much less so the case with official scenarios (even though something like breakthrough is utter cr*p in terms of scenario design). Also, it could be advisable to promote on the site what kind of armies (in this case no power play) are advised. I didn't realise fully that I'd be playing against a lot of nice people with nice armies and then having the list I had was a bit harsh on them. I feel however that my opponents didn't realise so they still had a good time, but next time ill bring something more nice.
