Deutsche Infinity Meisterschaft 2025 - Information and Rules

Location:
Die Deutsche Infinity Meisterschaft findet dieses Jahr vom 13.-14.9.2025 in der Jugendherberge Mannheim statt (https://www.jugendherberge.de/jugendherbergen/mannheim-international/portraet/). Diese liegt direkt an der Rheinpromenade in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums.
Es wird wie die letzten Jahre Verpflegung und Schlafmöglichkeiten vor Ort geben!

Dabei können die Zimmer von Freitag bis Sonntag gebucht werden, oder auch nur Samstag bis Sonntag.
Gerne kann schon Freitag Abends angereist und aufgebaut werden und Zeit verbracht werden!

Das Turnier selbst findet dann ab Samstag Morgens bis Sonntag Nachmittags statt.
Samstag Abends werden wieder Hunger Games, Warcrow und weitere Spiele veranstaltet.

Anmeldung & Bezahlung

Die Anmeldung erfolgt dieses Jahr über folgendes Google Formular und startet ab sofort und endet am 31.3.2025.

Ihr erhaltet dann am 7.4.2025 eure EInladungsmail mit den Zahlungsinformationen.

Wir bieten die folgenden Optionen an:

Option 1: Übernachtung Freitag bis Sonntag - 175€
Option 2: Übernachtung Samstag bis Sonntag - 135€
Option 3: Einfache Teilnahme ohne Übernachtung vor Ort -95€

Option 1:
Schlafen vor Ort in einem Jugendherbergen-4-Bett-Zimmer (Stockbetten), enthalten sind alle Mahlzeiten ab Freitag Abends bis Sonntag Mittags sowie zwei Getränke jeweils Samstags und Sonntags.

Außerdem ist damit die Teilnahme an der DM selber abgedeckt.

Die Kosten hierfür sind 175,00€.

Option 2:
Schlafen vor Ort in einem Jugendherbergen-4-Bett-Zimmer (Stockbetten), enthalten sind alle Mahlzeiten ab Samstag Mittag bis Sonntag Mittags sowie zwei Getränke jeweils Samstags und Sonntags.

Außerdem ist damit die Teilnahme an der DM selber abgedeckt.

Die Kosten hierfür sind 135,00€.

Option 3:
Ihr schlaft auswärts oder im Auto, oder ihr seid Anwohner.
Ihr bezahlt mit dem Geld die Teilnahme an der DM und die Verpflegung vor Ort:
Samstags Mittag und Abendessen, sowie Sonntags das Mittagsessen.
Außerdem sind zwei Getränke pro Tag enthalten.

Die Kosten hierfür sind 95,00€.

Vegetarisches Essen, Veganes Essen und Allergien, Lebensmittelunverträglichkeiten und Ernährungspläne werden in der Anmeldung abgefragt.




Location:
The German Infinity Championship will take place this year from 13-14 September 2025 at the Mannheim Youth Hostel (https://www.jugendherberge.de/jugendherbergen/mannheim-international/portraet/). This is located directly on the Rhine promenade near the city centre.
As in previous years, catering and accommodation will be available on site!

Rooms can be booked from Friday to Sunday, or just Saturday to Sunday.
You are welcome to arrive and set up on Friday evening and spend some time there!

The tournament itself will then take place from Saturday morning to Sunday afternoon.
Hunger Games, Warcrow and other games will be organised on Saturday evening.

Registration & Payment

Registration this year is via the following Google form and starts now and ends on 31.3.2025.

You will then receive your invitation email with payment information on 7 April 2025.

We offer the following options:

Option 1: Overnight stay Friday to Sunday - 175€
Option 2: Overnight stay Saturday to Sunday - 135€
Option 3: Simple participation without overnight stay on site -95€

Option 1:
Sleeping on site in a youth hostel 4-bed room (bunk beds), including all meals from Friday evening to Sunday lunchtime and two drinks on Saturday and Sunday.

This also covers participation in the DM itself.

The costs for this are 175,00€.

Option 2:
Sleeping on site in a youth hostel 4-bed room (bunk beds), including all meals from Saturday noon to Sunday noon and two drinks on Saturday and Sunday.

It also covers participation in the DM itself.

The costs for this are 135,00€.

Option 3:
You sleep in a hotel nearby or in your car, or you are a local resident.
You pay for your participation in the DM and catering on site:
Saturday lunch and dinner, and Sunday lunch.
Two drinks per day are also included.

The costs for this are 95,00€.

Vegetarian food, vegan food and allergies, food intolerances and dietary plans will be asked for in the registration form.
